Medical Assistant – Neurology Practice
Brain and Spine Center, PLC – Chandler & Casa Grande, AZ
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Competitive Pay Based on Experience
**MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FROM OUR CASA GRANDE LOCATION TWICE A WEEK**

Are you a detail-oriented , fast-paced Certified Medical Assistant looking to grow in a specialized neurology practice? Brain and Spine Center, PLC is currently seeking a dependable and efficient Medical Assistant to join our busy and compassionate team. This role will support providers at both our Chandler and Casa Grande locations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Rooming patients, taking vitals, medication reconciliation

• Accurately documenting patient history, vitals, and symptoms

• Administering IM injections, EKGs, performing buccal swabs

• Assisting providers with in-office procedures (Skin Biopsies, Trigger Point Injections, Botox)

• Administering cognitive tests

• Handling administrative duties including scheduling appointments, faxing orders, and callng patients

• Managing patient flow and communicating with front/back office staff

• Ensuring all rooms and instruments are cleaned, stocked, and prepared

• Supporting patient education and answering care-related questions

✅ Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of MA experience preferred, neurology experience a plus

• Willing and able to travel between Chandler AND Casa Grande locations
  
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• EMR proficiency (Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus)

• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
