Full-time Caregiver

Full Time Caregiver Compensation: $16.00/hr with 40 hrs/week. Potential of pay increase after probationary period and depending on job performance. The caregiver is a member of the dedicated care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs. Responsibilities * Applicant must be available to work Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm. Will only be required to work 40 hours within that time-frame. Eligible for overtime for actual hours worked over 40 hours a week. * Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping * Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing * Assist patients in walking, outdoor activities, etc * Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards Requirements * High school diploma or GED, preferred * 1 year experienced in caregiving, required * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, required

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required

Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required

• Reliable transportation with active insurance and valid driver's license is required
