About the Role

If you've ever juggled a shift schedule, coached an underperformer to success, hit your monthly sales goals, and still found time to support your team, this role will feel familiar, but with a fresh challenge. You'll use your leadership and customer service experience in a new way: working with local businesses, helping people find work, and delivering solutions that make an impact every day.

In this role, you'll make daily calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers.

You will:

• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Strategize and create service delivery plans

You have:

• At least two years in a client-facing role
• At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.

Pay : $26-$32 hourly + bonus

Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
