We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel Pharmacist to support inpatient and outpatient services at a regional health care system in Northwestern Arizona. This is a 13-week contract opportunity offering a diverse patient population, rotational scheduling, and the chance to work across the main campus and satellite clinics in a culturally rich munity.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week with a floating regular day off; rotational day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday coverage required

• Location: Main campus and satellite clinic settings

• Housing: Shared or single housing provided

• Transportation: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive pharmacy and medication management services across multiple patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric

• Deliver both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring regulatory pliance and adherence to established policies

• Participate in clinical pharmacy functions, including medication therapy management, consultations, and clinical program development

• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel

• Support pharmacy operations through inventory management, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives

• Engage in munity-focused healthcare, contributing to high-quality patient outes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution

• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory (AZ license not required)

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience, including at least 1 year as a clinical pharmacist

• Must successfully plete fingerprinting and background clearance prior to start
