We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Electrical Superintendent  for a large-scale electrical company in Phoenix, AZ. This role is a General   Superintendent  position responsible for managing over 15,000 man-hours per month across multiple crews and supervisors. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive leadership role with competitive compensation and long-term opportunity.

Position Summary:

You will work directly with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead efforts in scheduling, layout, productivity, material/tool management, and overall project delivery from start to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations involving 3+ supervisors and up to 100 electricians.

• Ensure accurate P-3 schedule updates and coordinate labor and installation logistics.

• Conduct weekly safety meetings and job site walkthroughs to enforce safety protocols.

• Handle material orders, layout coordination, quality inspections, and documentation.

• Maintain detailed field reports, manage job hazard analysis, and communicate project updates to the PM.

• Execute all phases of construction with focus on budget, quality, and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of electrical construction experience (industrial/commercial).

• 7+ years in a supervisory role; 2+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor.

• Completion of 4+ full project cycles from start to finish.

• Strong working knowledge of productivity budgeting and specialized electrical systems.

Certifications (Required):

• OSHA 30 Hour

• First Aid & CPR Certified

• NFPA 70E Qualified

• Defensive Driving Certified

• Competent Person Trained
