THE GIG:

Are you a future DivaDance BossBabe? We're looking for new graduates or current students in a Dance or Dance Education program, Dance or Drill Team to begin an exciting WORK STUDY opportunity. Apply now! We're seeking individuals who are creative, confident AND personable, ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance company. You'll be primarily performing administrative tasks to assist with member accounts, organizing community events, managing our social media accounts, and working closely with the Owner to build your knowledge and skills! You will also teach 1-2 classes a week, and assist with seasonal performance programs. The perfect person in this role thrives on creating a positive environment and brings great energy to every space they're in. You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you work well in a team with others and are always open to constructive feedback. We provide ongoing coaching throughout the internship, but prefer candidates with a minimum of 3 years formal dance training and 1 year of student leadership (i.e club, association or community involvement).

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:

Flexible hours M-F or weekends. Schedule determined based on course schedule. DivaDance brings classes, events and performances into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studio anywhere in Phoenix and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes! Unique HYBRID opportunity to also work from home / remote.

Compensation is $300 per month, 1 Year Internship
