Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) Travel Position Location: Tucson, AZ Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3×12s Nights Pay: $2,194.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry (Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Tucson, AZ on a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical support. The ideal candidate has strong telemetry experience, thrives in fast-paced hospital environments, and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment regimens, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record.
• Follow infection control standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Arizona (or compact eligibility).
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care.
• COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.
