We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Bilingual Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an organized showroom. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has sales experience, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Bilingual Front Counter Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with selecting masonry and landscape products, including block, stone, and related materials.
• Support sales efforts by answering product questions and recommending solutions based on customer needs.

Order Processing

• Prepare customer quotes and estimates.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

Logistics Coordination

• Schedule deliveries to customer job sites.
• Coordinate and manage customer pickups. C
• ommunicate delivery and pickup details with customers and internal teams.

Bilingual Front Counter Sales Qualifications:

• Experience in building materials, masonry, landscaping, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
