Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

• Location: Arizona
• Hours & Schedule: Full Time or Part Time (Open to 2-3 days / week or 4-5 days / week)
• Work Environment: Outpatient Clinic
• Travel Required: No
• Salary / Hourly Rate: $220,000 - $250,000 / year

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to diagnose and manage a range of health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive services including screenings, immunizations, and patient education
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Keep current with advancements in family medicine

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a family medicine setting
• Strong diagnostic and clinical acumen
• Experience with EHR systems preferred
