Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a **Manufacturing Technician 1 - 2nd Shift** to join our Launch & Missile Defense Systems - Launch Vehicles team in Chandler, AZ. **In this job, you will:** + Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. + Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. + Determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. + Work with engineers in conducting experiments. Due to the sensitive nature of our work this is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote work is not available. Click the link below:** ** Primary Level Salary Range: $36,300.00 - $60,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
