We are excited to announce an excellent career opportunity for the position of Assisted Living Manager at our esteemed facilities in beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Our homes consist of two locations, each with 16 private en-suite rooms with an open living concept, conveniently situated just seven miles apart. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of senior residents, possess strong leadership skills, and have a knack for managing daily operations in a compassionate and efficient manner, then this role is perfect for you!

As an Assisted Living Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living community. This includes ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents, managing staff, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both residents and their families.

Qualifications:

- Maintain an active Assisted Living Facilities Manager's License for two locations

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an assisted living or healthcare setting.

- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the assisted living community.

- Ensure that all residents receive personalized and attentive care, maintaining their dignity and independence.

- Supervise, train, and support a dedicated team of caregivers and administrative staff.

- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or needs promptly and professionally.
