Description

Larson is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for the key position of Civil Department Manager in our Scottsdale office. The ideal candidate will have design experience in a wide range of project types (site design, grading, drainage, erosion control, land development, and athletic facilities). A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility required.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 8+ years of civil site design experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with Business Development and Networking
• Experience managing direct report(s), including staff development
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
