Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with Release Train Engineer (RTE) skills to support one of our client’s critical programs. Please note: This is not a Scrum Master or Agile Champion role.
  • Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
  • Experience: 6-9 years
  • Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage an Agile Release Train with multiple Scrum teams
  • Track and report on PI metrics, facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS) calls, and coordinate updates with Scrum TPMs (Scrum Masters)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers
  • Maintain and execute project plans for initiatives affecting the Train within the platform
Qualifications:
  • Proven domain knowledge in Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance
  • Proven experience in project management within a cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams
