The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating international travel, and handling confidential communications. This role also involves personal assistance duties such as managing family travel and personal appointments, ensuring seamless organization and efficient time management for the executive.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and maintain important documents
- Plan and coordinate events
- Track and manage expenses
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with personal tasks including family travel and appointments
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in executive support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced with calendar management tools
- Skilled in travel planning, including international travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent organizational abilities
