Responsibilities include utilizing several computer applications to process and ship orders, along with answering customer phone, chat, and email inquiries. (no face-to-face with customers) Various other tasks, as needed.

- Experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Customer Service Experience
- Integrity and Professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Accounting experience and/or inventory management experience a plus
