TWO SHIFTS...MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS!!!!

We are currently seeking self-motivated, efficient, and meticulous Production associates to join our growing Casa Grande Facility. As a Production Associate you will be member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will be responsible for contributing to the hands-on production & inspection of the Company's world-class vehicles and/or electric vehicle powertrains. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. Must have the ability to work with various teams. You will also be required to work with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within the Company and outside.

You Will:

• Physical work including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, repetitive motions, etc.
• Perform sorting of various quantities of parts as required
• Able to work with different departments throughout the company
• Perform standardized work to inspect powertrain finished good
• Perform standardized work to execute process control plan checks
• Keep organization and discipline with information recorded out of inspection and control plan checks
• Able to lead all activities during the shift without direct supervision
• Ability to follow a required specific sequence of steps in a process repetitively for an extended period
• Working for extended periods
• Provide recommendations based on experience to increase detection capability or process controls
• Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, hard hats if required
• Evaluates the inspection processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Ability to solve problems independently and in team environments at a rapid pace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills, comfortable presenting ideas and issues to peer groups and leaders
• Escalates any process abnormalities to the appropriate support groups and leaders

You Bring:

1. High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED!!!
2. At least two to three years of experience operating MHE equipment such as sit-down forklift, tow motor, order pickers, and pallet jacks preferred
3. Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
4. Flexibility to support any shift including day, night, and swing shifts, as needed. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
5. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
6. Positive energy and attitude

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience working in an automotive related (OEM plant is a plus)
