Machine Operators - Manufacturing! Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay$20.50/hr

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our brand-new facility as a Machine Operator . This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing with a company that’s expanding rapidly and committed to employee development through structured cross-training.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a single production machine safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete daily production logs and documentation accurately.
• Report any basic mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Begin learning additional machines or tasks as part of your growth path.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Interest in manufacturing and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus, but not required.
