Now hiring a dynamic Plant Manager to lead architectural precast manufacturing operations!
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive strategic growth at their facility.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's required, MBA preferred
- Proven track record in architectural precast manufacturing
- Experience in job shop manufacturing is essential
- GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- A track record of fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement within the construction materials industry
- Familiarity with job bidding and project estimation
- Willingness to travel less than 20% as required
- Understanding of CAD, project planning, and coordination
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate : $100,000 - $125,000 / Annually
