Steakhouse Server

If you said yes, then come on in because Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has the job for you! If you have ever worked in a steakhouse before, great! If not, we will get you up to speed on how to make sure guests get the steak they are looking for and prepared how they actually want. Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse is all about fun! To make sure all our guests get into the spirit and stay comfortable, you may also need to help them remove their tie if they try to wear one in. Cowboys don't wear ties and it's hard to have fun wearing one, so we enforce a strict 'No Ties Allowed' policy. Gives our servers a great opportunity to have fun with their tables and gives our guests a great opportunity for memories. Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse is only open for dinner service, which means our server shifts start in the late afternoon. That leaves plenty of time for life before your work day begins. The restaurant stops seating by 10pm which means you are also back home before it gets too late. Really helpful for early risers to get enough sleep or night owls to enjoy their rest of their night. The menu is straightforward, and the restaurant is grateful to have a lot of volume. We often have large groups come in for dinner so previous experiences serving groups is a big plus. The restaurant seats up to 500 guests at a time so the pace can be fast on a busy night. Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has been open since 1962; we are locally owned and operated. Responsibilities:
- Follow proper liquor service and sales requirements as set by the AZDLLC and house rules.
- Follow proper hygiene requirements by the Pima County Health Department.
- Provide great hospitality to the guests of Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse.
Requirements:
- Minimal work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds to at least shoulder height.
