IT Supervisor (Bilingual Mandarin)

IT Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the technological infrastructure of our facility. Ensure all IT-related operations run smoothly and align with company objectives.

Location: Pheonix, AZ

Duration: Fulltime

Pay Range: Up to $95k depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

• Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures

• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems

• Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

• Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time

• Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes

• Preserving assets, information security and control structures

• Managing and coordinating all IT-related matters including systems integration, data, wireless communications, security, and other telecom matters.

• Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness

• Perform all duties to operate all equipment, all within limitation of the standard methods and procedures and in accordance with strict adherence to safety, environmental quality and productivity requirements.

• Performing other tasks management may deem necessary

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• BS/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
• 5+ years of Bilingual proficiency (Chinese - Mandarin & English) reading, writing & conversation
• 5+ years of strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, 5S, Six sigma, Toyota production system, and/or Lean Manufacturing training courses.
• 5+ years of knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Any work experience in Solar Module manufacturing plant, a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMMS) is an asset
