Inside Sales – Industrial Supply Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

Job Duties:

• Generate and manage customer quotes, pricing, and sales orders
• Build relationships with contractors, vendors, and walk-in customers
• Interpret customer needs and recommend HVAC and PVF products
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain and update customer and order information in system
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on open quotes

Inside Sales – Industrial Supply Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC, industrial supply, pipe/valve/fittings (PVF), or mechanical systems REQUIRED
• Background in inside sales, counter sales, estimating, or project coordination preferred
• Strong understanding of construction, mechanical, or piping materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
