Fuel Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist
Tempe, AZ
Onsite 8am to 5pm with some flexibility
$23 to $26 per hour
Open ended contract

About the role
This position supports a high volume fuel accounting group that manages invoice reconciliation and GL activity. You will work heavily with data, help resolve discrepancies.

What you will do
• Reconcile fuel invoices and support GL tasks
• Pull and review data to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with system issues and review transactional details
• Complete manual matching work when needed
• Communicate with vendors for missing documents or clarification
• Shift between tasks based on workload and department needs

What you bring
• Strong Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• MS Access experience is a plus
• At least 3 years of corporate GL accounting including reconciliations, journal entries, and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
