We are seeking a strong, talented, accurate and responsible HR Operations Coordinator to join our team!

You will be responsible for providing very detailed and thorough administrative computer support to the team for a client project.

This role will start in August and go into October/November. Then the project will end.

Traditionally this project has been very exciting and fun for the team as we hire and process hundreds and hundreds of new hire candidates. It requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle large amounts of spreadsheet/computer work.

Responsibilities:

• Work within very large Excel spreadsheets, entering and updating information
• Communicate effectively with all Recruiters and staff and sometimes job candidates
• Partner with Account Managers to get candidates through the hiring process and accurately entered into the system
• Work within multiple programs for candidate submittals, background checks and time cards
• Check and track candidate's background, drug, assessments and other results
• Enter detailed data on to spreadsheet
• Multi-task daily while performing very detail-oriented work

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills with all team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to process and produce large volumes of work
