Come be a part of the vibrant team at Florence Gardens HOA. We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Facilities Assistant position.
This role will enjoy assisting our homeowners with great customer service. Some shifts may involve weekends, as well as assisting with our poolside needs of our residents.
Full-time employees receive benefits after 60 days of medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K and more.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills; fluent English.
- Some lifting is required. Work schedule may include weekends.
- Prior resort and housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning duties.
- Work together as a team member to get the job done.
- Demonstrates friendliness and respect while communicating with guests and team members.
- Flexible schedule (along with week days, we have some weekend shifts available as well).
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
