Job Summary

The Project Management Support role is responsible for supporting project execution through cost trending, equipment tracking, schedule management, and procurement-to-pay (P2P) support activities. The position works closely with clients and project stakeholders to manage schedules, track project performance, and support day-to-day technical project activities. This role also facilitates coordination with suppliers, regulators, and client representatives to ensure project documentation and deliverables are completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Description

• Cost Trending - e-trending and PO level tracking as in excel format (1st attachment)
• Equipment Tracking - Any excel format
• Schedule Trending - MSP and capability to convert MSP to S-Curve (2nd and 3rd attachment)
• Planner Capability - Tracking PPCs
• P2P Support - COUPA and PoP/GR/IR support including imbalance tracking and resolutions.
• Hands on Experience Project Management.
• Hand in hand work with customer to support day today technical activities.
• Prepares and oversees Schedule in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget (per client), and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
• Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project.

• Proficiency in cost trending and PO level tracking using Excel
• Background in plant engineering or experience in the manufacturing sector
• Experience in equipment tracking and reporting using Excel-based tools
• Strong knowledge of schedule trending using Microsoft Project (MSP) and ability to convert schedules into S-Curve reports
• Resource tracking and allocation monitoring
• Project cost tracking and monitoring
• Planning and performance monitoring including PPC tracking
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and COUPA
• Project management support experience with clients, suppliers, and regulators
• Technical documentation management and drawing approval coordination
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD for mechanical/machine design
• Knowledge of Machine Guarding and Safety Design principles
• Experience with PDM / PLM systems for managing design documentation and revisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (L6 Level)

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or GED
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Project Management / Business)
