Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Client Relationship Associate, you are much more than a customer service professional—you are a technical advisor and the face of the firm to over 5 million individual investors.

• Consultative Support: Handle inbound calls to assist investors with complex questions, monetary transactions, and financial products.

• Relationship Building: Use virtual technology to understand unique investment needs and position appropriate financial solutions.

• Problem Solving: Resolve account issues and complete administrative transactions using standardized, high-integrity processes.

• Professional Growth: Develop a deep foundational knowledge of the financial services industry and investment funds.

• Technical Requirement: Must have high-speed home internet (1Gbps download/30Mbps upload) and a private, secure home office space.
