Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Arcadia)
Work site: Hybrid- WFH one day each week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Duration: 90-Day Temp-to-Hire
We are partnering with a well-established Phoenix-area company that is looking to add two Accounts Payable Specialists to its accounting team. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to join a collaborative organization offering strong long-term career opportunities and competitive benefits upon permanent hire.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing
- Maintain accurate records while following internal controls and company policies
- Assist with additional accounting and AP projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a mid-sized or large company
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
