Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000+ annually based on experience and location
• Starting Bonus: Offered; details upon interview

Job Summary

Seeking Nurse Practitioners in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Wound Care, and Orthopedics to join outpatient clinic teams in Alamogordo, NM. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing within scope, and patient education to ensure efficient and patient-centered care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, assessments, and diagnoses for acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests as needed
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within scope and collaborate with supervising physicians when required
• Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Compact or New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certification (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or appropriate specialty certification).
• Current DEA registration.
• +1 year of NP experience in outpatient settings (Strong new graduates may be considered).
