This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to a dynamic and client-centered clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical oversight to assigned clients to promote quality care and retention.
• Conduct Practical Functional Assessments and implement Skills-Based Treatment protocols.
• Create individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Supervise and coach a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Facilitate monthly parent engagement sessions for each client to support caregiver involvement.
• Track and manage key performance indicators such as technician hours and supervision ratios.
• Participate in organizational quality improvement and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to enhance clinical outcome

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (as defined by BACB).
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (if applicable), in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
• Familiarity with crisis management procedures is a plus
