What We are Looking for:

We are currently hiring an EXPERIENCED residential  HVAC Service Technician  that has at least 2 full years of residential HVAC service experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of residential service processes including sales and customer service.

Job Title:  Service Technician – Residential

Work Hours: Monday through Friday

· 40+ hours per week

· Overtime available

· Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home

Pay Range:  $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Pay Type:  Hourly + Commission & Bonus Potential

What Your Day Looks Like:

• This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential setting.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Makes written recommendations to improve customers system
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Providing excellent customer service
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 + years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.
• Universal EPA Certified
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
• Ability to handle system startup and adjustments
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
• Previous experience with Service Titan software is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive mental attitude

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
