We are looking for a caring Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary medical practice in Phoenix, AZ (Desert Ridge). We need a compassionate practitioner, who enjoys helping others, and is a motivated team player. Our ideal PA/NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic health issues, as well as health and wellness goals.

Job Duties:
-Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
-Order and review diagnostic tests/labs
-Determine diagnosis and treatment plan formulation in team setting
-Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment options
-Manage patient care along with the multidisciplinary team
-Documentation and progress notes
-Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Required Skills:
-Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
-PA/NP license in the state of AZ
Salary:
-$50-$75/hour
