Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We're hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations in Thatcher. This role is ideal for candidates with proven people-management, customer service, or team leadership experience who want to grow into full property management responsibility. Property management experience is a plus — but people skills are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members
  • Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidence
  • Set expectations, follow up, and hold people accountable (tenants and vendors)
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor schedules and performance
  • Support leasing, rent collection, and administrative property management tasks
  • Help enforce property policies and procedures consistently and fairly
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, and operational oversight
  • Learn budgeting, financial reporting, and property management systems

What We're Looking For

  • Strong people management and communication skills (required)
  • Experience managing customers, teams, or client relationships
  • Ability to lead conversations, de-escalate issues, and make sound decisions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced property management environment
  • Customer service, leadership, hospitality, or administrative experience required
  • Willingness to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • $55,000–$65,000 per year , depending on experience
