Assistant Property Manager
Location : Thatcher, AZ, United States
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

We're hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations in Thatcher. This role is ideal for candidates with proven people-management, customer service, or team leadership experience who want to grow into full property management responsibility. Property management experience is a plus — but people skills are non-negotiable.

We handle every aspect of the leasing process to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike. Our tenants aren't just numbers—we know them by name and make sure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members
- Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidence
- Set expectations, follow up, and hold people accountable (tenants and vendors)
- Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor schedules and performance
- Support leasing, rent collection, and administrative property management tasks
- Help enforce property policies and procedures consistently and fairly
- Assist with inspections, reporting, and operational oversight
- Learn budgeting, financial reporting, and property management systems
What We're Looking For
- Strong people management and communication skills (required)
- Experience managing customers, teams, or client relationships
- Ability to lead conversations, de-escalate issues, and make sound decisions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced property management environment
- Customer service, leadership, hospitality, or administrative experience required
- Willingness to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- $55,000–$65,000 per year , depending on experience
