Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
Description: The Ignyte by Yrefy Business Development Coordinator will gain paid experience in Business Development. This role will manage Ignyte by Yrefy school communications and engage in business development activities to drive school pipeline growth for this new division. It's an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and be considered as a future candidate for Yrefy's business development and sales teams.

Pay: Starting at $19.23 an hour with opportunities for growth!

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule that includes some business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct lead generation and research of schools to better position the value of an Ignyte partnership
• Develop school lead lists to establish a pipeline of relationships with new trade schools
• Execute outbound email campaigns to establish a first point of contact with schools
• Make cold calls to create a personal relationship, while identifying key stakeholders and set appointments with new trade school partners
• Shadow discovery calls to hone your business development skill set
• Follow up with schools to ensure accountability and move new opportunities to the next stage in the pipeline

Our Ideal Candidate:

• This is a great opportunity for a Business Development Major or recent alumni
• A history of entrepreneurship and/or a passion for business development
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Previous CRM experience preferred with the ability to manage a pipeline
• Passionate about giving people opportunities to succeed and making an impact
• Outgoing and decisive with a strong attention to detail.
• A desire and drive to move up within a growing company
