What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required

What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
• High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation
• A confident team player who can work independently
• Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience
