Area Manager
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Trunk Space Storage facilities in the assigned area.
- Monitor property performance metrics, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain facility quality and brand consistency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor site managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with Trunk Space Storage values.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability for all locations.
- Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the corporate office on pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and revenue management.
- Ensure all facilities deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and implement service improvements.
- Promote community engagement and local partnerships to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
- Assist with new facility openings, expansions, and regional projects.
- Represent Trunk Space Storage at community and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site management experience, ideally in self-storage, retail, or property management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and storage management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Knowledge of KPIs and workforce management best practices. Familiarity with storage software (e.g., SSM).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgets, and operational metrics.
- Change management experience with technology rollouts or organizational transitions.
