Job Description: Sales Representative

The job of the Sales Representative involves working with Sales Field Management playing a key role in increasing income and revenue by negotiating with customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Working sales includes team cold calling, knocking on doors, scheduling meetings at current or potential customer’s establishments. The customer-facing role includes traveling around and holding meetings as the representative of our company, its products, and services.

General responsibilities include attending meetings, training, performance monitoring, planning, analyzing of current accounts.

The primary purpose of the job is sales, as the title suggests, to sell.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a group of accounts to achieve long-term success.

· Develop positive relationships with customers.

· Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

· Generate new business using existing and potential prospect networks.

· Help resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

· Report on the status of accounts and transactions.

· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives and goals.

· Adhere to all the company’s safety policies and procedures.

· Uphold the integrity of the company at all times( e.g. when interacting with customers, engaging with employees, promoting product quality, and personal appearance.
