Assembler - Multiple Shifts Available

Available Shifts
1st shift:
Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm OR Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift:
Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am
Training Requirement: All new hires may be required to train on 1st Shift.
Overtime: Currently, mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays to help meet production deadlines.
What You'll Do
As a Assembler, you'll be a critical contributor to our manufacturing operations by:
- Performing complex mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Coaching and training junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve assembly processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and design challenges
- Conducting final inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
- Monitoring inventory levels of assembly materials and components
- Supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience training, mentoring, or supporting team members
- Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
