Assembler - Multiple Shifts Available

Available Shifts

1st shift:

Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm OR Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

2nd shift:

Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am

Training Requirement: All new hires may be required to train on 1st Shift.

Overtime: Currently, mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays to help meet production deadlines.

What You'll Do

As a Assembler, you'll be a critical contributor to our manufacturing operations by:

• Performing complex mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
• Coaching and training junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards
• Identifying opportunities to improve assembly processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and design challenges
• Conducting final inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
• Monitoring inventory levels of assembly materials and components
• Supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting team members
• Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
