Our organization is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and strengthen employee engagement across the business. Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with performance evaluations and coaching initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support benefits enrollment, leave management, and policy communication
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee engagement
- Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
