Radiation Therapist – Contract (ASAP Start + Bonus)
Facility: Banner University Medical Center Tucson (BUMC-T PBCs)

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | M–F | 10-hour shifts (07:00–17:00, 30-min lunch)
Pay Rate: $65 – $67/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600 – $2,680/week
$5,000 completion bonus (paid after successful 13-week assignment)
Job SummaryProvide radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients using Varian TrueBeam systems. Ensure accurate delivery of prescribed radiation doses while maintaining patient safety, treatment precision, and documentation standards in a clinical oncology setting.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years Radiation Therapy experience required
Experience in hospital or outpatient oncology radiation settings
Ability to work 10-hour clinical shifts (M–F)
Strong competency in treatment delivery and patient positioning
Previous travel experience preferred but not required
ARRT (RT) Radiation Therapy certification – Required
Therapeutic Radiologic Technology (TRT/RTT) – Required
BLS (CPR) – Preferred
Experience with Varian TrueBeam systems – Required
Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators
Scrubs: Caribbean Blue (CARIBLUE)
