Our Human Resources Team provides a best-in-class service to our employees and global organization. We provide support for day to day and operational issues and procedures. Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance.

As a HR Specialist, you will work within HR Shared Services Team. You will be accountable for the delivery HR Lifecycle activities and executing different interesting projects.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing of statutory documents, such as contracts, orders, applications, sick notes, benefit queries, medical insurance cards and others

• The successful execution of o HR Operations processes

• Ensuring that HR information is updated and completed in internal applications (Workday, 1C)

• Ensuring HR documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards

• Responding to employee day-to-day enquiries via internal applications

• Generating statements and reports related to HR

• Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor’s degree in relevant field from the accredited university.

• Have experience in HR Operations (orders, contracts, vacations, sick notes etc.)

• Be able to speak and write in Azerbaijani, English (Russian is preferable)

• Have Knowledge of HR related legislation and practices

• Have HR Labor Knowledge

• Have strong data-entry skills and attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills

• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
