Unclaimed Property Specialist I – Hybrid | Phoenix, AZ 85007
Pay Rate: $16.16/Hr . + SoAZ Great Benefits
Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm On-site as needed | Only Local Phoenix candidates.
• Manage Unclaimed Property hotline: first contact for customers, resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism
• Handle inbound calls using scripts; identify customer needs, research issues, clarify info, and provide accurate solutions
• Retrieve, classify, and organize forms and correspondence; sign for, sort, and distribute certified mail and packages
• Digitize incoming documents for retention, maintain records of mail/packages, prep correspondence for mailing, correct/route misdirected mail, and arrange express delivery as required
• Perform data entry: transfer information from paper into computer/database systems, verify and update data, retrieve information as needed, and maintain well-organized paperwork
Required Qualifications
• Record keeping experience
• Data entry experience
• Customer service skills
• Phone experience
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Hybrid work capability (on-site as needed)
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
