We're interviewing for all on-site roles in locations ranging from Buckeye, Glendale, Surprise, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert.

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.
• Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.
• Basic computer skills.
