Champion the Guest Experience
- Lead your team to deliver outstanding service consistently, even during peak rushes and unexpected challenges.
- Handle guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, turning tough moments into lasting loyalty.
- Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest-ready presentation every minute counts.
- Build and sustain a high-energy culture where every team member feels supported and driven to excel.
- Deliver direct, actionable coaching that improves performance and fosters growth no excuses, just results.
- Manage stressful, high-stakes situations calmly, keeping your team focused and motivated.
- Expertly manage labor, food costs, and inventory while balancing speed and quality goals.
- Use data and keen observation to identify problems before they escalate and implement smart solutions quickly.
- Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and safely, even under pressure, setting the standard for excellence.
- 24 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 35+ people, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to lead confidently in any situation.
