Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right RV.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while answering questions and providing product information.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and current customers.
- Support the team by contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and dealership promotions.

Job Requirements:
- Some sales experience preferred; RV industry experience is not required
- Positive, coachable attitude with a strong drive to achieve results
- High energy, quick learner, accountable, and able to maintain a positive demeanor
- Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills with consistent follow-up
- Honest, empathetic, results-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
