- $350,000 to $400,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site private practice has been serving patients in the greater Phoenix area since 2008. Their services include, but are not limited to, female urology, robotic surgery, male infertility, and much more. They operate 3 offices with a staff of 10 providers and many support team members. They are hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice has three offices in the greater Phoenix area and the new physician may choose to practice at any location.

The average number of patients per day varies by need and physician preference. Visits are scheduled based on the estimated length of time needed to ensure optimal attention for each patient. All patients are adult and geriatric.

If desired, physicians can work with the support of a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.

Typical duties of the role include:

- examine patients
- assess medical conditions
- diagnose disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues
- treat disorders related to the reproductive organs, urinary tract, bladder, and kidneys
- monitor disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues
- perform procedures and treatments
- prescribe medications as needed
- refer patients to other specialists as needed

Physicians work with clinical assistants who room and prep patients, as well as assist during the visits.

The practice utilizes the Athena EHR.

On-call duties are every 4th week, including weekends. On weekends, APPs are in the first position to cover call (including rounds), only contacting physicians if something needs to be escalated. During the week, APPs cover call from 8:00am to 5:00pm and physicians are responsible for overnight coverage.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Urology
