Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M to $40M+ , with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication
• Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and change orders
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and critical path milestones
• Lead on-site meetings and monitor construction progress
• Ensure compliance with permitting, inspection, and safety requirements

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects ($5M–$40M+)
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills (Critical Path proficiency)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore
• Strong understanding of blueprints, take-offs, RFIs, submittals, and deltas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
• Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects (a plus)
