Warehouse Associate – Swing Shift | $19/hour

Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule:

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19/hour

Job Overview:

A well-established third-party distribution and shipping warehouse is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support its fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and fulfill orders from inventory based on customer specifications.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required shipping documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding any fulfillment or inventory concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards, including visual inspection requirements if applicable.

Position Requirements:

• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
• Must be available for frequent and required overtime, based on operational needs.
• Forklift certification may be required (training may be provided).
• Visual acuity requirements may apply if conducting final inspections.

Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour
• Eligible for overtime pay

Work Environment:

• Indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise and physical activity.
• Fast-paced environment with team-oriented culture.
