Role Description Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, creating specific treatment plans and goals.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, Students, and volunteers as needed.
• Engage in patient education to ensure a comprehensive understanding of treatment plans.
• Support the clinic’s performance goals, including maintaining productivity and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with front office staff to schedule and follow up with patients.
• Participate in community engagement events and support special projects to further The Impact Difference.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy in Arizona (in good standing).
• Experience in outpatient settings with knowledge of various therapeutic modalities (Dry Needling and Cupping experience is a plus!).
• 1+ year of full-time clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certification.

Competitive Compensation: $38-$50/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location: In-person at our Scottsdale clinic.
