Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Tempe, AZPay Rate: $23-$25HR per hourSchedule: Monday – FridayJob Type: Contract-to-HireLHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Tempe, AZ! This role focuses on high-volume invoice auditing and processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices and credit card expenses efficiently.
- Audit and reconcile invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, specifically with high volume PO's
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
- Proficiency in Oracle preferred software and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
