Job Summary Massage Therapist at Hacienda Del Sol Resort is an excellent opportunity to work in an engaging hospitality environment. The position is part-time and offers competitive compensation. As a Massage Therapist, you will work closely with the front desk to greet, assist and provide the highest quality service to our guests in a supportive work environment. Responsibilities
- Provide massage services, including body and spa treatments
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service practices
- Create and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
- Manage client bookings effectively and efficiently
- Suggest and recommend upgrades and additional services
- Follow correct procedures for billing and collection
- Must possess valid Arizona massage therapy license
- Certification in multiple massage modalities preferred
- At least one years of professional massage therapy experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
